Change WordPress site domain name

1. Login to phpmyadmin.
2. Go to relevant website database.
3. Go to “wp_options” table.
4. Change the value of “siteurl” and “home” to the new domain name.
5. Login to wordpress dashboard using the new domain name.
6. Go to “Settings”, double check if the site url has been changed, then click “Save”.
7. To change all image url, uses the plugin: ‘Velvet Blues Update URLs’ by VelvetBlues.com
   • Activate the plugin,
   • go to “Tools” > “Update URLs”
8. Re-select the logo in the theme option.

Note: The VBUU plugin mentioned above may be out of support so another plugin should be identified.
